Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the US TWO app and service, provided by SEVEN AM Limited Liability Company, Kyiv, Ukraine, EDRPOU 46285335 (“Seven A.M.”, “we”, “us”).

1. Apple Standard EULA

Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). The terms below are additional terms between you and Seven A.M. If they conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails to the extent of the conflict, except where these terms give you more rights. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

2. Your account

• You sign in with Apple. You must be at least 16 years old to use US TWO.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure.
• One account belongs to one person. You may be a member of one space at a time, either solo or shared with one partner.

3. Shared spaces and partner content

• When you join a shared space, both members have equal permissions. Your partner can see, edit and delete shared content (tasks, lists, items and shared events). Private events and unrevealed daily-question answers are visible only to their author.
• Only invite someone you know and trust. Invitations expire after 72 hours and can be used once.
• You keep ownership of what you create. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display your content solely to provide the service to you and your partner.
• Either partner can leave a shared space at any time. When someone leaves, shared content stays with the remaining partner, without the leaver's name, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. US TWO Plus subscriptions

• US TWO Plus is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country.
• One subscription covers both partners in the shared space. The space has Plus while any current member holds an active subscription. If the purchaser leaves the space, Plus goes with the purchaser.
• Payment is charged to the purchaser's Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the same price and duration unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds or cancel App Store subscriptions on your behalf.
• Deleting your account or leaving a space does not cancel your subscription. Purchases are verified with Apple on our server; use “Restore purchases” in the app if Plus does not appear.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use US TWO to monitor, control, harass, threaten or harm anyone, including your partner;
• post unlawful content, or content that infringes others' rights;
• try to access another person's account or space, guess invitation codes, or circumvent security or rate limits;
• reverse engineer, disrupt or overload the service, or use automated means to access it except as we allow;
• resell or commercially exploit the service.

6. Termination

• You can stop using US TWO and delete your account at any time in the app (Our Space → Export & delete). See Delete your account.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, or where required by law. Where reasonable we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.
• We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

7. Disclaimer

US TWO is a tool for organising shared life. It is not a counselling, therapy, medical, legal or financial service, and nothing in it is professional advice. Reminders and notifications depend on your device, network and Apple services and may be delayed or not delivered; don't rely on US TWO alone for critical deadlines.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and Seven A.M. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. If you continue to use US TWO after that, the updated terms apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in the courts available to you under those laws.
